Stephen Schaefer

Stephen Schaefer worked with us on our relocation from Markham to the Waterloo Region.  We were not familiar with the area and after many visits and conversations, we finally settled on Cambridge.  2018/2019 was a rapidly changing time in Real Estate and we were naive as to the price point required for the home we wanted.  The information and insight we received from Steve was key to our decision and finding our new home.  During the time we took to find a home, Steve worked with us every day - scheduling 3 to 4 appointments a day,  always on time and was especially good at listening to our comments and adjusting the listings we would be seeing the next day.  Don't know what we would have done without him and greatly appreciate his help in finding our new house in Cambridge.  Thanks Steve!
