Stephen Schaefer

As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect.  Stephen took the time to meet with us, discus our goals and listened to us to understand exactly what we were looking for.  Even during the hardest parts of the search, we always felt like he had our best interests in mind and knew he would see the big picture even when we didn't.  In this crazy market, we never felt rushed but always felt informed.  Stephen was patient and available to answer our questions whenever we had them.  And at crunch time, he made sure we were grounded and focused.  There is no way we would have found the home we did with anybody else.  We don't want to say you'd be crazy not to work with Stephen Schaefer...but you would be.
